All major credit cards are accepted, including HSA cards. I currently do not bill insurance. Your insurance company may reimburse you for sessions and I would be happy to provide you with a superbill for that purpose. Contact me or your insurance company to discuss.

Individual Therapy

I see individuals ranging from adolescence to adulthood navigating a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, ADHD, and life transitions.

One family member's struggles impact everyone. I enjoy working with families with adolescents, as well as adult family systems (such as mother/daughter or adult siblings).

I am part of a collective of incredible women and we love to speak on various topics such as anxiety, couple connection, and the importance of self-care.
